Rasha joined the team in April 2020, she began her career in dentistry in 2016 and progressed into a managerial role in 2017.
She was eager to learn the clinical aspects of dentistry and qualified with distinction in level 3 NVQ diploma in dental nursing from C&G and Institute for Apprenticeship and Technical Education. Alongside practice management, she enjoyed working as a treatment coordinator and a dental nurse over the years, gaining experience and knowledge in various areas of specialist dentistry such as orthodontics, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
She has always been interested in cultivating new skills to reflect on her role and is currently studying to achieve ILM Level 5 Diploma (Institute of Leadership and Management).
Rasha enjoys motivating the team, the day-to-day challenges her role brings and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. She interacts with patients and works closely with the team in order to provide high standard services and a welcoming comfortable environment for patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and reading. She also holds BA (Hons) in Fine Arts and enjoys painting in her spare time to stay connected with her artistic side.
